Andrew grew up in the small town of Burbank, WA working on the family and neighbors' farms in the summers. He was a three sport athlete and continues to enjoy all things involving sports whether it be watching or playing. His sports idol has always been John Stockton and from a young age he has tried to emulate his humble, hard working attitude. Andrew attended BYU and witnessed Jimmermania firsthand. He also found and married the love of his life, Mattie, which spurred from his grandmother's matchmaking. After graduating with an Information Systems degree from the Marriott School of Management, Andrew decided to forgo an offer to work for a Fortune 50 company and pursue a career as a farmer. After two years of managing an orchard, Andrew decided to join the family business and hasn't looked back since. His work has never made him so happy, but his greatest joy is spending time with Mattie and their four wonderful children.

Andrew is the visionary for Lybbert Fielding. He’s constantly dreaming and working to create his vision for the future. His persistence and hard work makes his visions become realities.
